Medical malpractice 02

HOUSTON — A patient is suing David S. Jenson, DPM, et al., foot and ankle specialists, citing alleged negligence.

Lousi Dakessian filed a complaint on Oct. 4, in the Harris County District Court, against the defendants alleging that they breached their duty to exercise reasonable care in diagnosing and treating her condition.

Dakessian alleges that on Oct. 17, 2016, she had the first of several medical procedures under the care of the defendants, including seven additional procedures not previously discussed with her.

These additional procedures allegedly caused her harm, including but not limited to physical impairment and disfigurement, neurological damage and infections.

The plaintiff holds David S. Jenson, DPM, et. al, responsible because the defendants allegedly failed to properly diagnose and treat her while she was under their care.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against defendants, jointly and severally, for damages, cost, interest and all other relief to which he is entitled. She is represented by Nick Oweyssi of Oweyssi Law Firm PLLC in Houston.
