HOUSTON – A Harris County resident alleges she sustained damages as a result of a firm's allegef failure to properly invest her funds.
Vivienne Werner filed a complaint on Oct. 29 in the Harris County District Court against Strategic Advisory Services LLC alleging breach of contract, negligence and other counts.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that she signed an agreement with the defendant for it to invest her funds for the purpose of obtaining growth and increase the funds. She alleges her funds were not properly invested.
The plaintiff holds Strategic Advisory Services LLC responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to properly invest plaintiff's funds, failed to communicate with her regarding her investment and failed to properly advise her.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against defendant for damages in excess of the jurisdictional limits of the court, attorney's fees, costs and such other and further relief to which she may be entitled. She is represented by Joseph V. Gibson IV and Audrey Lewis Juranek of JVG Law PLLC in Tomball.
