GALVESTON – A Pasadena business alleges it was not paid for goods delivered to another company.
Clean Coast Supply LLC filed a complaint on Oct. 31 in the Galveston County District Court against Crawford Industrial Services LLC alleging breach of contract.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it provided goods and materials to the defendant on credit.
The plaintiff holds Crawford Industrial Services LLC responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to pay for the goods and materials provided by plaintiff.
The plaintiff seeks monetary relief of $100,000 or less. It is represented by Harvey L. Burns Jr. and Albert Lee Giddens of Giddens and Burns Attorney at Law in Pasadena.
