Car accident 29

HOUSTON – A driver is seeking damages from a Harris County construction company and its driver over an auto accident.

Abraham Dominguez filed a complaint on Nov. 12 in the Harris County District Court against Remedial Construction Services LP and Enrique Rodriguez Chavira alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, on April 7, the plaintiff was injured when Rodriguez Chavira, who was driving a vehicle owned by Remedial Construction Services, violently rear-ended his automobile. The plaintiff alleges he sustained injuries to his neck, back and other parts of the body as a result of the accident.

The plaintiff holds Remedial Construction Services LP and Rodriguez Chavira responsible because Rodriguez Chavira failed to yield to the right of way, failed to keep a proper lookout and failed to maintain safe distance.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks monetary relief of more than $1 million and such other and further relief to which he may be justly entitled. He is represented by Noah M. Wexler, Ben Bireley, Rebecca L. Adams and Jake Balser of Arnold & Itkin LLP in Houston.
