HOUSTON – A purported fall from a ladder while attempting to repair a water leak at a west Houston warehouse has prompted a local man to pursue legal action against the property’s owner.
In his lawsuit against AllTexas Vending, Inc., Gary Howsen explains that an employee of the defendant provided him a ladder and misrepresented that it was safe. According to the suit, the ladder and Howsen then fell approximately 20 feet to the concrete below.
Consequently, the plaintiff seeks unspecified monetary damages and a jury trial.
