BEAUMONT - The Ferguson Law Firm has once again been ranked among the Best Law Firms in America.
The ranking, compiled from a nation-wide evaluation by U.S. News & World Report, rated The Ferguson Law Firm among the best in three separate areas: Personal Injury Litigation – Plaintiffs, Product Liability – Plaintiffs, and Commercial Litigation.
The Ferguson Law Firm has been ranked in these three areas every year of its existence.
The U.S. News - Best Lawyers® "Best Law Firms" rankings were released on Nov. 1. The national evaluation process includes client and lawyer evaluations, peer review from leading attorneys, and review of additional information provided by law firms as part of the formal submission process.
“It is gratifying and humbling for the law firm to be recognized,” said Paul ‘Chip’ Ferguson, managing partner for The Ferguson Law Firm. “A law firm is a collection of individuals working for one common goal – to best represent our clients. That is what makes me proudest of this ranking. It recognizes the hard work of everyone at The Ferguson Law Firm.”
When asked about the firm being recognizing in every year of its existence, Ferguson said, “We started with the basic idea that the focus would be on the client. We didn’t care if we were the richest or most powerful – we cared about being the best for the client. I think this award shows we’re on the right track.”
Three of the lawyers at the firm have also been ranked as The Best Lawyers in America. Ferguson, Jane Leger and Mark Sparks were all recognized in the specialty of Plaintiffs’ Personal Injury Litigation.
Ferguson was also recognized in two additional specialties: Plaintiffs’ Product Liability Litigation and Commercial Litigation. Ferguson has also been named “Lawyer of the Year” in each of the three separate categories on multiple occasions.
