HOUSTON – An alleged multi-vehicle accident along the Grand Parkway in Chambers County more than a year ago has resulted in litigation.
David Castrejon filed a lawsuit against CSBL Transportation, Inc. and Arturo Rojo, one of its employees, in the Harris County 190th District Court on Nov. 21.
Castrejon asserts that Rojo, while on the clock for CSBL on July 24, 2017, “lost control of his tractor trailer and veered into the opposite lane of traffic.” He reportedly collided with the plaintiff’s vehicle and several others.
Consequently, Castrejon seeks unspecified monetary damages and a jury trial.
