Davenport Law Firm alleges clients owe more than $16,000

HOUSTON – A Houston law firm alleges it is owed for services it provided to two Harris County individuals.

Davenport Law Firm PC filed a complaint on Nov. 26, in the Harris County District Court against Sam Range, Connie Range, et al. alleging breach of contract.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that in February 2016, defendants hired it to represent them in a lawsuit arising out of the rebuilding of a vintage 1994 Ferrari. The plaintiff alleges that $16,352.99 remains due and owing for their services.

The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible because the defendants allegedly refused to pay the money owed.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against defendants for damages in the amount of $16,352.99, plus interest of $254.28 per month beginning on May 1, 2016, attorney's fees, costs and such other and further relief to which plaintiff is entitled.
