Santa Fe Autoplex allegedly owes more than $25,000 for purchase of vehicles

GALVESTON – A Texas City man alleges a car dealership failed to pay for cars it purchased.

Jimmy Roberts, individually and doing business as City Auto Sales, filed a complaint on Nov. 26 in the Galveston County District Court against Santa Fe Autoplex LLC alleging breach of written contract.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that the defendant breached their agreement and wrote three bad checks for motor vehicles. The plaintiff alleges it is owed $25,377.

The plaintiff holds Santa Fe Autoplex responsible because despite demands for payments, the defendant failed to do so.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against defendant in the amount of $25,377, with interest, attorney's fees of $15,000, costs and all other relief to which plaintiff may be entitled. It is represented by Paul H. LaValle of Law Offices of Paul Houston LaValle & Associates in Texas City.
