HOUSTON – Medical care providers allege a personal injury law firm failed to pay it for treatment they provided to its clients.

Adobe Surgery Center LLC and Regional Specialty Clinic filed a complaint on Nov. 27 in the Harris County District Court against The Fredrick Law Firm PLLC and Cynthia Fredrick alleging breach of contract.

According to the complaint, at the defendants' request, the plaintiffs provided medical and treatment services to defendants' clients under a letter of protection and/or an assignment of benefits. To date, the plaintiffs allege no payment has been made.

The plaintiffs hold The Fredrick Law Firm PLLC and Fredrick responsible because the defendants allegedly breached their agreement by failing to make payment when due.

The plaintiffs seek monetary relief of more than $100,000 and such other and further relief to which plaintiffs are entitled to receive. They are represented by Sean M. Reagan of Leyh, Payne & Mallia in Houston.
