HOUSTON – A construction worker claims in a state district lawsuit that he sustained injuries in a trip and fall at a local jobsite a few months ago.
John Corley is suing Toddco Construction, LLC in the Harris County 164th District Court, alleging the defendant negligently installed wooden stakes at 18002 Park Road Dr. and caused the subject incident.
Corley asserts that he tripped and fell over one of the stakes while moving equipment around.
Consequently, he seeks unspecified monetary damages and a jury trial.
