Lugenbuhl, Wheaton, Peck, Rankin & Hubbard issued the following announcement on Dec. 5.
Donna Thomisee, managing partner of Lugenbuhl’s Houston office, was recently invited to become a fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation, an honor limited to only one-third of one percent of licensed attorneys in the state.
The organization is the largest charitably funded bar foundation in the country and supports programs that encourage legal assistance for underserved populations, for education of the public and for ethics in the legal profession. To date, it has awarded more than $17 million in grants to organizations throughout the state. For more information about the Foundation.
Donna also recently became a member of the Texas Bar College, an honorary society of lawyers that recognizes and encourages attorneys to maintain and enhance their professional skills and the quality of their service to the public. For consideration in the College, qualifying attorneys must at least double the required hours of continuing legal education each year.
Donna focuses on insurance coverage claims and the defense of personal injury and commercial litigation. For more information on her wealth of experience.
