Former Printer Active director alleges he is owed unpaid wages

HOUSTON – A Harris County man alleges he resigned his job because his former employer failed to pay him all the wages he is owed.

Rodolfo Galvez filed a complaint on Dec. 11 in the Harris County District Court against Printer Active LLC alleging breach of contract.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Oct. 23, 2017, he signed an employment agreement with defendant with an annual salary of $48,000 as the director of operations for the Houston area. He alleges he resigned on June 2018 because the defendant failed to pay him his wages in full. He alleges he is owed $14,093 in unpaid wages.

The plaintiff holds Printer Active LLC responsible because the defendant allegedly breached the agreement regarding his wages.

The plaintiff seeks damages in an amount exceeding the jurisdictional limits of the court, costs, attorney's fees, interest and such other relief to which plaintiff is entitled. He is represented by Peter Costea of Law Office of Peter Costea in Houston.
