HOUSTON – A Harris County man has filed a slip and fall lawsuit against a north Houston auto dealership.
Roger Clubb, Sr. claims in the complaint filed on Dec. 18 in the Harris County 152nd District Court that he sustained injuries at Munday Chevrolet on Feb. 1, 2017 when he slipped on an unidentified liquid on the business’s floor.
Clubb asserts that he did nothing to bring forth the subject event.
Consequently, the plaintiff seeks unspecified monetary damages.
