Sherwin-Williams alleges it is owed more than $10,000 for goods

GALVESTON – A corporation with a principal place of business in Richardson alleges it is owed more than $10,000 for goods it sold.

Sherwin-Williams Co. filed a complaint on Dec. 19 in the Galveston County District Court against JQC LLC citing quantum meruit.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that at the request of defendant, plaintiff sold and delivered goods, wares and merchandise.

The plaintiff alleges the amount of $10,900.31 is past due and the defendant has failed to pay the amount.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks monetary relief of $100,000 or less. It is represented by Randall F. Adair of Adair, Morris & Osborn PC in Dallas.
