HOUSTON – A Harris County man alleges he was injured when he was helping a tow truck with his disabled vehicle.

Frank Bukowitz filed a complaint on Dec. 18 in the Harris County District Court against Infinity 1234 Inc., doing business as defendant All American Towing and Transport, and Falah Mousa alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on June 15, 2017, he contacted the defendants to tow his disabled truck. As the plaintiff was assisting Mousa to push the disabled vehicle back, he alleges he was injured when he fell and the left front tire of the truck ran over his foot and leg.

The plaintiff holds Infinity 1234 Inc. and Mousa responsible because defendant All American Towing failed to retain competent employees and failed enforce safety rules and practices in towing a vehicle.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks all damages, with interest, costs and such other relief to which he is justly entitled. He is represented by Loren G. Klitsas of Klitsas & Vercher PC in Houston.
