HOUSTON – A Harris County man alleges he fractured his left ankle in a fall from a ladder while working.

Jose Sada filed a complaint on Dec. 27 in the Harris County District Court against Austin Management Group Inc. alleging negligence and other counts.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Aug. 31, 2017, he was working for the defendant when the ladder he was using suddenly slipped, causing him to fall approximately 10 feet to a concrete floor. He alleges he sustained injuries, including but not limited to a fractured left ankle, as a result.

The plaintiff holds Austin Management Group Inc. responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to provide proper training and instrumentalities and failed to warn of and/or eliminate the hazard.

The plaintiff seeks monetary relief of more than $1 million and such other and further relief to which he may be justly entitled. He is represented by Terry Bryant and Brooksie Bonvillain of Terry Bryant PLLC in Houston.
