HOUSTON – Harris County residents Thalia and Peter Vouchides are suing a Spring auto dealership after one of its employees reportedly took their vehicle for a joyride.

The plaintiffs filed a lawsuit against Northside Imports, LLC on Jan. 7 in the Harris County 11th District Court, stating they entrusted the vehicle to the business for servicing only for the employee to crash it into another car.

According to court filings, Ryan Hon, the dealership’s director, and the business concealed the incident from the complainants. The suit lists Hon as a co-defendant.

Consequently, the plaintiffs seek unspecified monetary damages.

They are represented by The Hadi Law Firm PLLC in Houston.
