HOUSTON – The law firm Arnold & Itkin LLP in Houston has filed a state district lawsuit on behalf of a man who asserts that he was “brutally” assaulted at a local bar a few months ago.

In court filings dated Jan. 16, Jeremy Barron lays responsibility for the Nov. 2, 2018 incident at 360 Midtown on the establishment’s owner, Land Guardian, Inc.
