HOUSTON – The law firm Tilton & Tilton LLP in Houston has filed a personal injury lawsuit on behalf of a Texas woman who reportedly suffered a broken leg late last year while working at a Louisiana plant.

Harris County District Court filings dated Jan. 18 assert that Tina Whitney sustained the injury on Nov. 1, 2018 after cleaning trailers belonging to Stallion Oilfield Services Ltd. and Aethon Energy Management LLC at Aethon’s facility in Frierson, La.

According to Whitney, her leg “went into a large gap in-between a trailer and porch area.”

Consequently, the plaintiff seeks unspecified monetary damages and a jury trial.
