HOUSTON – A Walmart employee has brought a personal injury lawsuit against the Arkansas-based retailer.

Mark Bailey filed the suit on Jan. 28 in the Harris County 190th District Court, stating that he was lifting heavy objects at work when he sustained injuries to his right shoulder and rotator cuff.

Bailey faults his employer for failing to provide him with “appropriate assistance, manpower, and equipment.”

Consequently, the plaintiff seeks unspecified monetary damages and a jury trial.

He is represented by the law firm White Harrison Trial Lawyers in Houston.
