GALVESTON – A League City resident has filed suit against a medical facility over a fall that occurred while she was in its care.

Janna Christen filed a complaint on Jan. 24 in the Galveston County District Court against C. Foster & Associates Physical Therapy alleging vicarious liability.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on June 23, 2017, she was a patient at C. Foster Physical Therapy when she was allowed to fall and was injured.

The plaintiff holds C. Foster & Associates Physical Therapy responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to properly train and supervise its employees and failed to provide adequate care and supervision to plaintiff.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks monetary relief of more than $200,000 but less than $1 million and such other and further relief to which she may be justly entitled. She is represented by Roy Camberg of The Camberg Law Firm PC in Houston.
