HOUSTON – An employee has filed a class-action lawsuit against a national oil and gas services company over allegations he was not paid for overtime work.

Walter Brigham, individually and on behalf of all others similarly situated, filed a complaint on Jan. 31 in the Houston Division of the Southern District of Texas against Flowco Production Solutions LLC alleging violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff worked as a nitrogen operator for the defendant at its Weatherford location. He alleges that he routinely worked more than 40 hours in a workweek but was not compensated at a rate of one-and-one-half times his regular rate of pay for all hours worked in excess of 40 per week.

The plaintiff holds Flowco Production Solutions LLC responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to pay the overtime rate required by the FLSA.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks all unpaid wages and overtime compensation, interest, attorneys’ fees, expert fees, costs, expenses and all other relief as to which he may be entitled. He is represented by Chris R. Miltenberger of The Law Office of Chris R. Miltenberger PLLC in Southlake.
