HOUSTON – The alleged negligence of a fork lift driver is blamed for injuries in a collision with a vehicle in Harris County.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on April 27, 2018, the vehicle he was occupying was struck by the load of a forklift operated by defendant's employee. He alleges he sustained injuries that resulted in medical expenses, pain, mental anguish and lost wages as a result of the collision.
