GALVESTON – Sebastian J. Filgueira of the Lozano Law Offices, P.C. in Alvin has filed a lawsuit on behalf of a couple who claim that they are owed revenue for a rental property in Galveston.

In Galveston County 212th District Court filings dated Mar. 5, James and Carole Ganthier explain that they hired Catherine Viggiano and Integrity Landmark Realty, LLC to manage the rental of a condominium located at 7000 Seawall Blvd.

The defendants secured a tenant only to keep the monthly rental payments for themselves, the suit says.

The Ganthiers add that the defendants sent them an invoice for the replacement of the air conditioner for the unit in question.

Despite paying the invoice, the complainants went to the property to discover that the air conditioner has not been replaced, court records assert.

Consequently, the plaintiffs seek unspecified monetary damages and a jury trial.
