Pool company alleges Kingwood customers failed to play more than $60,000

HOUSTON —A swimming pool company is suing a Kingwood couple, alleging failure to more than $60,000 for pool work.

Chaparral Pools LLC filed a complaint Feb. 25 in Harris County District Court against Paul Elizondo and Cynthia Elizondo, alleging unjust enrichment and breach of contract.

According to the complaint, the Elizondos failed to pay for services delivered by Chaparral for pool work done at their Kingwood home. The plaintiff alleges it is owed $61,151, plus interest.

Chaparral Pools seeks payment of $61,151, plus attorney fees and court costs. It is represented by attorneys Breton A. Rycroft and John "Ryan" Schmidt of Andrews Myers PC in Houston.
