HOUSTON — A customer is suing Costco, alleging he was injured when he fell in a on a puddle of water.
Warren Franklin filed a complaint March 12 in Harris County Circuit Court against Costco Wholesale Corporation, alleging negligence, premises liability and gross negligence.
According to the complaint, on April 11, 2017, Franklin was at the Costco, 1150 Bunker Hill Road, Houston. The suit states Franklin was caused to slip and fall due to water that had pooled near the front door and created a dangerous situation.
The suit says Franklin sustained injuries that led to medical expenses and lost wages
