Visitor blames fall on Houston medical facility

HOUSTON — A Huffman woman is suing a Houston medical facilty, alleging she was injured by a dangerous stopped-up gutter situation that was not remedied.

Nancy Zachary filed a complaint Feb. 20 in Harris County Circuit Court against Kelsey-Seybold Medical Group PLLC, alleging premises liability.

According to the complaint, on Feb. 27, 2018, Zachary a guest at Kelsey-Seabold, 2727 W. Holcombe Blvd, Houston. The suit says Zachary fell over a stopped-up gutter, a dangerous situation created by the defendant. The plaintiff says she sustained serious injuries

Zachary seeks trial by jury, monetary relief between $1 million and $10 million and post-judgment relief. She is represented by attorney Samuel R. Sherman of Sherman Law Firm PLLC in Houston.
