Patent(s) at issue: 7,917,285 – “Device, System and Method for Remotely Entering, Storing and Sharing Addresses for a Positional Information Device”

The defendant purportedly infringed on the ‘285 patent “by making, using, importing, selling, and/or offering for sale a mobile Web site with associated hardware and software embodied, for example, in its store locator service,” according to the 12-page federal complaint.
