HOUSTON — A Liberty County woman is suing a truck driver, alleging his negligence caused her to be injured in a vehicle collision.

Natasha Triplett filed a complaint March 25 in Harris County District Court against Energy Valve & Supply Company and Lloyd Lee Bliznak, alleging negligence and reckless driving.

According to the complaint, on March 13, Triplett was traveling west on the 3500 block of South Loop West when a truck owned by Energy Valve & Supply and operated by Bliznak failed to drive in a single lane of traffic and struck the plaintiff's vehicle, resulting in serious injuries to Triplett.

The lawsuit alleges Bliznak failed to keep proper lookout and failed to apply his brakes.

Triplett seeks trial by jury, actual, compensatory and exemplary damages, costs of court, attorney fees and other just and proper relief. She is represented by attorney Brian Beckcom of VB Attorneys in Houston.
