HOUSTON – A Victoria County man claims in a state district lawsuit that he was injured twice while working for a local wedding planning business.
Ubaldo Santoyo is suing Prashe, LLC in the Harris County 189th District Court.
His suit, which was filed on Mar. 27, initially alleges that a prop he was attempting to unload from a truck fell on him and slammed him against the vehicle earlier this year. It then recalls the plaintiff experiencing a slip and fall down a ramp at a Prashe-owned jobsite last month.
Santoyo seeks unspecified monetary damages and is represented by Jesus A. Salinas of the Daspit Law Firm in Houston.
