HOUSTON — A Harris County man is suing the property owners of a Houston shopping plaza, alleging he was caused to slip and fall due to negligence of the management.

Donald Green filed a complaint March 29 in the Harris County District Court against Parkway Inc & Parkway Investments LLC, alleging negligence.

Green alleges he was walking to work Feb. 6, when he slipped on a sloped sidewalk outside of Four Greenway Plaza, falling and suffering serious injuries, which led to mental anguish and physical impairment.

The plaintiff alleges the defendants were negligent in failing to provide handrails for a sloped surface

Green seeks judgment between $200,000 and $1 million, court costs, and all other equitable relief. He is represented by attorneys Mark A. Carrigan of Carrigan Law Firm P.C. and Jon R. Alworth of The Alworth Law Firm in Houston.
