HOUSTON – A local woman alleges that a post-Christmas visit to an auto glass shop in northeast Houston resulted in a trip and fall, recent Harris County District Court records show.

Vernie Henry is suing Aramaco Auto Glass, Inc. and LKQ Best Automotive Corp., doing business as LKQ Pick Your Part, in the 133rd District Court. She initiated litigation on Apr. 4.

Court filings explain that Henry went to the defendants’ establishment located at 9314 Wallisville Rd. on Dec. 26, 2017 to have her windshield fixed. The plaintiff recalls exiting the business office when her foot “became caught in a crack or separation in the concrete or paved area of the premises.”

Henry purportedly suffered injuries to her lower extremities, for which she seeks unspecified monetary damages.

She is represented by Sarnie A. Randle of the law firm S.A. Randle & Associates, P.C. in Houston.
