Houston company alleges clients failed to make monthly payments

HOUSTON — A Houston company is suing clients, alleging failure to make monthly payments.

Brunei Services LLC filed a complaint April 16 in the Harris County District Court against Michel Revilla and Astros Delivery LLC, alleging breach of contract.

Accoding to the complaint, Brunei Services, Revilla and Astros Delivery signed an agreement Aug. 8, 2017 in which the defendants agreed to pay 37 monthly installments of $1,200 plus tax for a 2011 Freightliner lease. 

The suit alleges the defendants were also responsible for all repairs. The suit alleges the defendants have failed to pay the balance due on a monthly basis and have also failed to make the obligated repairs.

Brunei Services seeks trial by jury, monetary relief between $100,000 and $200,000, attorney fees and court costs. It is represented by attorneys Brent L. Vannoy and Joseph F. Colvin Jr. of Hughes Watters Askanase LLP in Houston.
