HOUSTON — A Houston lawyer is suing a client, alleging she failed to pay $7,300 for the services legal he delivered.

Bryan Fagan, individually and also known as Law Office of Bryan Fagan, filed a complaint April 23 in Harris County District Court against Alicia Guerrero, alleging breach of contract.

According to the complaint, Fagan entered into a written contract with Guerrero on Oct. 24, 2017, in which he agreed to deliver legal services to the defendant. The suit says Guerrero has failed to pay $7,300.65 for the services issued and is indebted to the plaintiff.

Fagan seeks the $7,300.65, plus attorney fees, costs of court and all other equitable relief. He is represented by attorney Monammadali Shahmohammadi of the Law Office of Bryan Fagan in Houston.
