Roofing company alleges client failed to pay $21,000

GALVESTON — A roofing company is suing a Bacliff client, alleging it was not paid more than $21,000.

Acadian Roofing LLC filed a complaint May 8 in Galveston County District Court against Harbour Classic Homes LLC and Margaret J. Martin and Mark R. Martin, alleging breach of contract and unjust enrichment.

According to the complaing Acadeina provided roofing labor and materials to a property owned by the Martins at 5335 W. Bayshore Drive, Bacliff, with the understanding and agreement that the defendants would pay the plaintiff. 

The defendants, however, allegedly have breached the contract by failing to pay the plaintiff $21,350.67.

Acadian Roofing seeks the $21,350.67 owed, attorney fees, interest, incidental and consequential damages, court costs and all other just relief. It is represented by attorneys Nichole B. Killgore, Linda Johnson White, Rhonda L. Allen of Allen, Killgore & White PC in Houston.
