Houston motorist alleges another driver caused crash

HOUSTON — A Houston motorist is suing another driver, alleging the plaintiff was severely injured in a car crash.

Mario Devone Love filed a complaint July 10 in Harris County District Court against Juan Pablo Cardenas, alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, Love was driving in Harris County on Aug. 23, 2017, when he was rear-ended by a vehicle driven by Cardenas. The plaintiff said he sustained seriours injuries and was taken to Memorial Hermann Hospital where he received extensive medical treatment. 

The plaintiff alleges he has incurred medical bills of $32,000.

Love seeks between $100,000 and $200,000 in damages, trial by jury, court costs and all other just relief. He is represented by attorney Edward J. Hennessy of The Hennessy Law Firm in Houston.
