Bacliff fabrication company alleges client owes more than $19,000

GALVESTON — A Bacliff fabrication company is suing a client, alleging the defendant owes more than $19,000.

Inouii Alloy Fabrication Inc. filed a complaint July 17 in Galveston County District Court against Augustine Almeida, alleging breach of contract.

According to the complaint, Inouli Alloy provided labor for the defendant between September 2018 and January 2019, producing 18 fabrication tanks. The plaintiff alleges it submitted invoices to the defendant requesting payments of $10,140 and $9,140.26. 

The plaintiff alleges that since submitting the invoices, Almeida has failed to pay.

Inouii Alloy Fabrication seeks attorney fees, damages not less than $19,280.26, interest, attorney fees and all other just relief. It is represented by attorneys Kyle l. Dickson and Phillip J. Nolen of Murray Lobb PLLC in Houston.
