Customer alleges Horizon Environmental failed to pay off $226,000 loan

HOUSTON — A Waller County man is suing a pollution control company that has allegedly failed to pay off a $226,000 loan. 

Oliver Thomas Anderson Jr. filed a complaint on July 19 in the Harris County District Court against Anderson Pollution Control Inc., doing business as Horizon Environmental, alleging breach of contract.

According to the complaint, Anderson loaned Horizon Environmental $226,000 on April 25, 2014. The suit says Anderson reached out the to the defendant on June 4, demanding the payment that was outstanding. The defendant allegedly has failed to pay back the plaintiff.

Anderson seeks monetary relief for the principal amount between $200,000 and $1 million, attorney fees, interest, court costs and all other just relief. He is represented by attorneys Darin L. Brooks and Brian E. Waters of Gray, Reed & McGraw LLP in Houston.
