HOUSTON — A Baytown restoration company is suing a customer, alleging he has failed to pay for work provided.
Restoration 1 of South Houston filed a complaint July 20 in Harris County District Court against Luis Quinones, alleging breach of contract,
According to the complaint, Quinones hired Restoration 1 on July 13, 2017 to complete restoration work for the defendant. The suit alleges Quinones was obligated by contract to pay the plaintiff for the work completed but has failed to do so.
Restoration 1 seeks up to $100,000 in monetary relief, attorney fees, interest and all other just relief. He is represented by attorney William D. Calderon of Calderon Legal Group PLLC in Houston.
