HOUSTON — A Montgomery County woman is suing a general contractor, alleging that she was injured when she walked into a glass window at a Kroger's in Conroe.

Anna Robb filed a complaint June 22 in Harris County District Court against LaGrone Services Ltd., alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, Robb was shopping at the Kroger Marketplace, 341 S. Loop 336 W. in Conroe on April 17. The suit alleges Robb was about to exit the building and was walking through what she thought was an open doorway. Instead, the lawsuit states, it was actually a floor-to-ceiling window.

Robb says she walked into the window, causing injuries that led to physical pain, suffering and impairment, disfigurement and medical expenses.

Robb seeks between $200,000 and $1 million in monetary relief, interest, court costs and all other eqitable relief. She is represented by attorney Randall O. Sorrels of Abraham, Watkins, Nichols, Sorrels, Agosto & Aziz in Houston.
