The Harris County Civil Court reported the following activity in the suit brought by City of Houston against Aldine Independent School District, City of Houston, Harris County, Texas Hisd, First American Title Insurance Company, Liberty Property LIMITED Partnership, North Belt Utility District and Wells Fargo Bank N.A. on Aug. 14: 'Oath Of Special Commissioner'.
Case number 1139069 was filed in the Harris County Civil Court on Aug. 8.
