HOUSTON — A Harris County woman is suing Dollar Tree, alleging she was injured due to the defendant's negligence.
Wanda Perry filed a complaint Aug. 14 in Harris County District Court against Dollar Tree Stores Inc., alleging negligence.
According to the complaint, Perry was a guest at the Dollar Tree, 211 E. 7th Street Suite 620, Austin, on July 9, 2018. The suit alleges Perry was caused to suffer injuries due to the defendant's negligence. The lawsuit states the plaintiff sustained past and future pain, mental anguish and impairment.
Perry seeks damages up to $75,000, court costs, interest and all other just and equitable relief. She is represented by attorneys Scott C. Lannie and Christian R. Johnson of the Law Offices of Scott C. Lannie PC in Baytown.
