HOUSTON — A customer is suing an auto import company alleging, he never received his vehicle.

Leonard Asehinde filed a complaint Aug. 15 in Harris County District Court against Toyosi Ajure & Clearlake Errand Solution, alleging breach of contract and fraud.

According to the complaint, Asehinde entered into a contract with the defendants to export a BMW X6 to Nigeria. The suit states that the contract was formed Dec. 30, 2018, and Asehinde paid $12,000 for the vehicle.

The plaintiff alleges the defendants began to demand a number of payments and fees to have the vehicle shipped, and Asehinde complied. The suit alleges the defendants have, ultimately, failed to provide the vehicle to the plaintiff despite Asehinde paying all fees demanded.

Asehinde seeks trial by jury, interest, attorney fees, court costs and all other just relief. He is represented by attorney Kathy Adibe of Adibe Law Group in Houston.
