The Harris County Civil Court reported the following activity in the suit brought by Equity Custom Builders LLC and Ervin Lee against Allstate Insurance Company, Loancare Insurance Processing Center, Phillip Smith, Tanaka Smith and US Small Business Adminstration on Sept. 5: 'Return Of Service'.
Case number 1140010 was filed in the Harris County Civil Court on Aug. 22.
