Allen J. Dickey, a Dallas-based shareholder in Polsinelli’s Real Estate Finance practice, has been named to the Real Estate Law Webinar Advisory Board of Strafford Publications (“Strafford”). Dickey will work closely with Strafford's attorneys and accountants to develop continuing legal and professional education webinars.
Strafford's webinars are developed under the guidance of 24 advisory boards in a variety of practices and focus on the most current and relevant issues – analyzing new developments and disseminating critical information. The boards provide the real-world perspectives and experience of outside practitioners from law and accounting firms, industry and academia.
Drawing on his background as a commercial real estate broker, coupled with his experience as a shareholder, Dickey counsels lenders, developers, investors and business owners in all aspects of real estate transactions, including mortgage and mezzanine loan origination and enforcement, CMBS lending, mortgage-backed securitization, construction and development finance, acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and loan workouts, modifications and extensions.
He earned both his J.D. and B.A. from Southern Methodist University.
