HOUSTON — A Houston man is suing his employers, alleging he is owed nearly $72,000 in reimbursement.

Michael Scott filed a complaint Sept. 5 in Harris County District Court against Element Fleet Management Corp. and Element Fleet Corp., Lisa Flannery, James "Jim" Ludovico, Jon Parker, David Telep, Jackie Olson and Heather Dalton, alleging breach of contract, fraud, conspiracy and tortious interference.

According to the complaint, Scott was employed by Element Fleet since 2012 and during the course of his employment the defendant had an obligation to pay the plaintiff a percentage of generated contracts. The defendant, however, allegedly misrepresented the terms of the agreement and failed to pay Scott what he was owed.  The plaintiff is allegedly owed reimbursement for $71,965.42.

Scott seeks more than $1 million in monetary relief, trial by jury, attorney fees, court costs, interest and all just relief. He is represented by attorneys Wayne D. Collins and Daniel P. Barton of Barton Law Firm in Houston.
