Holland & Knight Energy Attorney Adrian Talamantes has been named to The Legal 500's US-Mexico Private Practice Powerlist for the second straight year. The prestigious list highlights leading U.S.-based counsel active in the Mexican market today.
To compile the Private Practice Powerlist, researchers from The Legal 500 sought opinions from law firm partners and in-house counsel, analyzed the career trajectories of the candidates, and examined both current practice and historical data. Their goal was to identify practitioners with an engagement that goes beyond occasional participation in Mexico-related matters.
Mr. Talamantes is a member of Holland & Knight's Houston and Mexico City offices. He represents companies and individuals in a broad array of domestic and international business transactions, including those involving project development, joint ventures, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. Mr. Talamantes has significant experience with structuring, documenting and negotiating energy-related transactions in connection with projects, investments and divestments in Mexico, as well as many other counties in Latin and Central America.
