Adelaida V. Mihu, a shareholder in the Houston office of global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP was recognized as a 2020 American Bar Association’s “On the Rise – Top 40 Young Lawyers.”
Presented annually, the award recognizes 40 exceptional ABA young lawyer members who exemplify “high achievement, innovation, vision, leadership and legal and community service.”

Mihu focuses her practice on international compliance matters and counsels companies doing business in international markets. She advises on a host of compliance and transactional due diligence issues arising out of various government regulations, including the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. In addition to analyzing corruption risks in corporate transactions, Mihu assists clients in designing and building anti-corruption programs, assesses existing anti-corruption programs, and advises on post-acquisition integration of anti-corruption programs. Adelaida also serves as a co-chair of the firm’s Latino Affinity Group.
