HOUSTON – The Laura and John Arnold Foundation is suing the men and groups who allegedly conspired with the former president of the foundation, Denis Calabrese, to steal millions of dollars “from LJAF to the detriment of the charitable organizations it serves.”

A woman has claimed a greasy spot on the floor of a Pluckers restaurant in Houston caused her to fall and hit her head. Mary Charles filed a complaint on Dec. 23 in Harris County District Court against Pluckers-Shepherd LP, alleging negligence.

Worker claims employer failed to prevent harassment, threats that led to his assault

A dredging company with operations in Dallas is facing allegations that it failed to prevent harassment of a former employee and threats which led to the employee's alleged assault.
